Good to go!
I WIN! I finally backed up my archives, uninstalled WP, reinstalled it, and voila! Theme works beautifully, and all my comment spam is gone because I started from scratch with the archives. And all before I have to go to class. :)
I just want to thank Aubrey again for the theme…it was exactly the style I was looking for, and probably the easiest theme to modify. Oh, and thanks for the Akismet recommendation, Aubrey – apparently it comes with the new WP upgrade, because I didn’t have to install it, and it caught all the spam that came in on the new post I made yesterday after I’d activated the plugin.
I’m going to see if I can fit my sidebar tweaks and stuff in before I have to run to class and then drive back home for the weekend. Although I probably should pack first. Yeah, that might be an idea.

I am so glad you like it! I’m sorry I don’t have it configured for sub-categories; it is the next thing I will work on for my themes :). I love the colors you’ve used too!

Don’t worry about the sub-category thing; I prefer my archives off my sidebar anyway. :) I’m just glad I helped you figure out a bug for your future themes!
I’m glad you like the colors; I was really trying to get away from the blue because everything I do/own is blue…but it makes me happy and it reminds me of spring/summer, so I went with it.
